Founded by long-standing colleagues with a shared vision and deep-rooted expertise, our firm brings over 25 years of collective experience—spanning 15 years in Industrial Society management and 10 years in Residential Society administration.

Driven by the ethos of Atmanirbhar Bharat, the founders are committed to fostering self-reliant and professionally managed societies. With over 22 years of experience as a Property and Facility Manager, Prakash have excelled in document preparation, vendor coordination, and compliance within residential societies. Prakash has a proven track record of boosting operational efficiency, streamlining processes, and cultivating strong community relationships, earning accolades like the Excellence Gold Award for my work in property transactions, maintenance, and safety. I’m adept at resolving complex legal matters, managing vendor relations, and implementing innovative solutions, all while leading teams and delivering exceptional service to residents and stakeholders. Adv. Dhanisha K. Pacharkar

Legal Head

As an Advocate empaneled as the Returning/Election Officer for an E-Class Co-operative Housing Society (2025–2027), Dhanisha offers a results-driven approach grounded in substantial expertise in housing society law, cooperative compliance, and property-related documentation.

Her professional experience includes legal drafting, contract management, title due diligence, and recovery proceedings for large-scale residential societies. Dhanisha is also well-versed in providing legal advisory services, conducting secretarial audits, and ensuring adherence to statutory and regulatory frameworks under the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act and related legislation.

She combines strong legal acumen with meticulous documentation skills, and demonstrates a proactive, ethical, and research-oriented approach to practice. Her specialization includes conducting statutory elections of cooperative societies and facilitating the legal takeover process from builders to societies in accordance with governing laws and procedures.
